Casino da Madeira reopens with new schedule.

It is with great satisfaction and responsibility that we return to the “new reality”. In this first phase, the opening hours of the Casino will be from 4 pm to midnight, throughout all days of the week. All our clients must wear a mask and do hand hygiene at the entrance. In the Games Room, they must comply with the respiratory etiquette and maintain social distance. Our main focus continues to be the comfort and safety of all our customers and employees.

What changes in this first phase?

Our Games Room has been reorganized in order to ensure all security conditions. We turned off some machines so that the social distance is fulfilled. The room will be constantly cleaned, as well as the common areas.

Will there be bank gambling?

Bank gambling, namely American roulette and blackjack, will work, with limitations in relation to the number of people per table, they can only be played seated and during this contingency phase, Portuguese dealerships are prevented from selling chips at the gaming tables .

Will there be poker?

At this stage, for security reasons, Poker will not work.

What changes in the spaces of animation and restoration?

In this first stage, our entertainment and catering spaces will remain closed. Only the games room’s support bar will be operational.
